Connecting Books and Fall?

The weather here is starting to get a little cooler at times …
Fall is in the air!
When you think of Fall (or really any of seasons), do certain activities, songs, sports, and feelings that come to mind?
When I think of Fall, the first things I think of are leaves changing color, scarecrows, and pumpkins!
I bet there are some books on Big Universe Learning that go along with those topics!
Here is a book about the changes that happen in Fall: Fall by Ann Herriges
Leaves Changing Color: Why do Leaves Change Color? by Terry Hicks (there are also several books about this topic that have been created by members using the Writing section of Big Universe Learning)
Scarecrows: (Can you help me find a book on Big Universe about Scarecrows? Maybe you could create one!!!)
Pumpkins: Piggies in the Pumpkin Patch by Jennifer Peterson
Here is another book about pumpkins with all kinds of information about how pumpkins grow, the seeds, and what you can do with them: Pumpkins by Jacqueline Farmers.
I challenge you do some brainstorming about a season or time of the year and then see if you can find books related to those topics on Big Universe Learning!
