Every-Day-Edits, are single paragraph, grammar exercises that contain ten  grammar mistakes that involve the following: comma rules, capitalization, spelling, punctuation, apostrophe usage, and occasionally run-on sentences. Regardless of the country, or the language, grammar is the foundation of communication. Additionally, Every-Day Edits can be used with students in fourth grade, and through middle school. Is grammar important? When a message is relayed with the correct grammar, it is easier to understand the purpose, and meaning of that message. Moreover, writing that is poorly punctuated, and contains grammatical errors is difficult to read, and sometimes impossible to understand. Consequently, Everyday-Edits can be completed on a routine basis, whereabouts students become better editors, and become more aware of patterns of mechanical issues within their own writing.

The following link provides monthly Every-Day Edits, along with some ideas of how to incorporate them into the daily classroom routine.
